I would usually post in a few days but my school has just broken up for the easter holiday's and unfortunately i'm busy all this weekend! So I thought posting today would be the best option. Today's post is on the delicious cinnamon spiced banana loaf I made the other day. This loaf was absolutely gorgeous. I made mine as a loaf but on the recipe it say's cupcakes. These Are The Ingredients I Used
I used it instead because it is a natural sugar made from sap, which is the sugary circulating fluid of the coconut plant.

It is a easy sticky mixture, just like most cakes!

So, unfortunately this isn't my picture! My loaf looked alike but me and my family ate it before I realised. I chose this certain picture because it looked the same as mine did.
